Embrace and live with the cycles of the moon.

Can you feel the mystical energy of the moon intertwining with your own moon cycle, creating a harmonious connection between you and your wild nature?

We are cyclical beings we have, cycles and seasons just as our Mother Earth.

When we sync our menstrual cycle and live and embrace the phases of the moon we start to feel more in flow as a part of Nature and all creation. We know when to rest and when to take aligned actions.

The moon is there to reflect our cyclical nature.

To live a life connected to Earth and the Divine feminine & the Moon.

so we can create rituals that brings magic and flow to the mundaine and

dive in to both or shadows and our unique gifts trough the waxing and waning phases of the moon.

Your monthly cycle consists of four phases: follicular, ovulatory, luteal, and menstrual.

Menstrual cycle & moon

Follicular Phase (7-10 days)

Hormones: Your ovaries are preparing to release an egg and estrogen increases in your uterine lining in preparation to host the egg.

Body: You’ll feel an increase in physical energy and might start feeling restless.

Soul : You have the most access to creative energy that you will have the entire month during this phase. Start creating, begin new projects, plan and dream big & express freely.

Moon: Half visible, making way for the next cycle

Ovulatory Phase (3-4 days)

Hormones: Hormones rise, follicles swell enough to release an egg to travel to the uterus.

Body: Energy is high & you are magnetic. .Your skin will be glowing and you will smell and feel irresistible to the people around you.

You are most fertile during this phase, so this is the time you should be most mindful with sex (whether you are trying to get pregnant or not and if you are in a heterosexual relationship ofc depending on that).

Soul : You have the best communication skills and the most energy all month. Have important conversations, your energy is at this time most "high vibe" and everyone will be attracted to your radiant energy. This is the best time to go out one a date or ask someone out.

Moon: Full, you are ripe and receiving

Luteal Phase (10-14 days)

Hormones: Progesterone and estrogen rise and, if egg hasn’t been fertilized, progesterone will suddenly halt, which will trigger your period.

Body: Your phsycial energy declines and premenstrual symptoms (PMS) start to develop like bloating in your body, irritability, cravings headache and mood swings,

Soul: This is the time take needed rest and to turn inward and have an urge to nest and go to your cocoon. Slow down social life meetings like being with frends, so you don’t get too exhausted. Stay home under your blanket if you need to.

Do nothing. Just be and feel. shed old skins, the feminine has the potentially and gift of rebirth trough her cyclical nature.

Moon: Half visible, preparing for the shedding of everything from this last cycle.

Menstrual Phase (3-4 days)

Hormones: Progesterone drops, triggering the shedding of your uterine lining and you begin to bleed.

Body: You may experience pelvic cramping, backache, fatigue, and cravings during this time. Focusing on slowing down and your comfort is key here.

Soul : Take all needed rest and time for tapping in to your intuition & feminine gifts.

During this phase, access between right and left hemisphere of the brain is the biggest - making it the time you are most tuned into your intuition. I suggest journaling during this phase so you can keep track of the messages and downloads. You can also do some menstrual rituals to develop connection with soul, divine feminine and Earth. Mama Gaia.

Moon: Intuition, psychics skills, New and invisible. Time for new beginnings and intention setting for the next cycle.

Rebirth.

Despite what we may have been taught in our society to feel shame of our period blood, our moon time is a sacred time. It has been a long journey for me to heal the connection with my moon time after strugling with horrible pain that made my body feel like a stranger and then slowly bulding practices that supports me, the right herbs, temperature, rest and rituals.

Trough history women where going to bleed in sync with the moon to the red tent with the tribe to nourish their body tell storys share their gifts their beautiful medicine and honor this sacred time.

If there is any questions feel free to reach out im happy to support you in your own journey of living connected to nature and the wild fem.
